๐ Despite the fact that on the night of 31 October all kinds of festivities have spread, such as the popular gathering of sweets by children, Spain has the traditional All Saints’ Day: on 1 November it is customary to remember the people who are no longer with us. As well as this solemn and emotional act, there is no shortage of popular traditions in the different regions of the country: parades, plays, historical re-enactments and gastronomic customs such as roasting chestnuts.
